I have been trying to install a SonicWALL Global VPN client (version 4.6.2) on a Windows XP Media Center machine. If I turn off Windows Live OneCare Firewall it works perfect. I've checked all the boxes in ports and protocols, I've allowed the program. I'm a SonicWALL partner and sorry to say that any current version of the Global VPN client will not work with Vista. SonicWALL development is working on a beta version that is not due to release until April/May timeframe. Maybe March if we are lucky. Believe me, I feed your pain. I can't prevent my customers from buying new notebooks with Vista.
