I have my PC connected and my iPhone too, but the macbook won't connect at all. I have tried it with 3 different routers and it all the same thing, it loads for about a minute and then the "!" pops up saying "no network connection" I have tried resetting the mac, turning the airport on and off, and forgetting the remembered networks. Jul 11, 2016 · My mid-2010 Macbook Pro has lost wifi capability. Changed Airport Card, SRC, NVRAM, etc. Nothing. Wifi won’t even come up when trying to add location. Genius bar said because my Mac is from 2010 that it is “too vintage” to work on and won’t even look at it. Extremely frustrating. I have to toggle wifi off/on to get it to connect. Even then it takes a while. Once connected it seems to be better than 2.1 in the sense that i don't seem to be getting dropped connections, but still having issues. I'm running a 13" MacBook Pro retina.
